Refuso 0 is the pilot issue of Oltremargine: the dress rehearsal of a digital periodical that comes out every three months, made by a community and published as an interactive page. To make it we are looking for people, in three ways.

1. Send a work. A video, a sound, a graphic, a website, a generative piece: something you have already made or want to make for the issue. Selected works go into Refuso 0 with your name and a short description by you.

2. Propose a theme. Refuso 0 does not have a theme yet: the community chooses it. Write a word or a sentence and two lines on why. Proposals are discussed at the meetup and the chosen theme becomes the issue’s cover.

3. Join the editorial team. The editorial team selects, orders and builds each issue. We are looking for collectives and artists who want to do it together, over time.

How to take part. Join the community, go to your space and upload the work or the proposal as a material (type: work, idea or project proposal). For the editorial team, write two lines about yourself in the description. If you used artificial intelligence, say how: it is not a problem, it is information we publish.

Deadline: 30 November 2026. After the deadline we meet to choose the theme and the works; date and place go to those who took part and to newsletter subscribers.
